You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returnsitem condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description.

You may return any product you have purchased to us, that is not faulty, in its original condition within 30 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund. This excludes socks due to hygiene reasons. 

If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, details of our returns guidelines are outlined below. If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you. 

-Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
-Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
-For hygiene reasons, socks  cannot be returned.
-Merchandise must have all tags attached.
-Please try on footwear on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. Footwear should be returned unmarked and must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
